Strong. Prevent. Reclaim.

SPR is the thinking that connects a useful measurement to a practical next step. First establish a baseline. Then understand it, act where appropriate and review change over time.

One loop, not three disconnected promises

The exact clinical or practical step depends on the service and the person. SPR provides the sequence; it does not pretend one scan or pathway is right for everyone.

  1. 01Measure

Use the appropriate imaging, body-and-bone measurement or structured medical route.

  2. 02Understand

Put the result in context: what it shows, what it does not show and what needs professional interpretation.

  3. 03Act

Choose the relevant next step—clinical follow-up, a training or nutrition conversation, or a workplace process.

  4. 04Review

Where repeat measurement is appropriate, compare like with like and use change to guide the next decision.

S · Strong

Start from something useful

Strong is about a credible starting point. For an active person, body-composition DXA can measure lean mass, body fat and bone mass beyond weight or BMI alone. For an imaging need, the starting point may be an X-Ray route. The measure should match the question.

P · Prevent

Use evidence before guesswork

Prevent means recognising useful information earlier and choosing an informed response. It is not a guarantee that illness or injury can be prevented, and it is not a diagnosis made by a webpage.

R · Reclaim

Make progress visible

Reclaim is the review step: understand what changed, keep what is working and adjust what is not. It supports a clearer conversation about progress without reducing health to one number.

Where do you enter the SPR flow?

Start with the route that matches what you need today. You do not need to understand the whole framework before choosing.

Clear about the limits

SPR is a navigation and decision framework. It does not replace medical advice, guarantee an outcome or make every InsureSPR service suitable for every person.

Before you travel

Price, preparation, referral requirements, eligibility, reporting and appointment status are confirmed for the specific service. Where information is still awaiting practice approval, the website says so.
